1. Information we collect

We collect personal information you provide directly, including when you contact us, submit a form, subscribe to updates, or send an export or B2B inquiry. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company or farm name, and the contents of your message. When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring site, primarily through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide customer support, process export and distribution requests, send updates you have requested, improve our website and products, and comply with legal obligations. We process this information based on your consent, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request, and our legitimate business interests.

If you order from the online shop, we also use it to process the order, ship the goods, take payment and issue refunds, and answer questions about it. We may keep a record of what was discussed with you and of internal notes about your account. Emails about new products are sent only to people who asked for them at checkout, and can be stopped at any time. Emails about an order itself, the confirmation and the dispatch notice, are sent either way.

3. Purchases through third parties

Our own online shop is in preparation, and sales through Amazon and Rakuten are coming soon. When you buy on those platforms, your transaction, payment, and shipping data are collected and handled by the platform under its own privacy policy. For now, orders are taken through our contact form or by phone, and we never receive or store your credit card details.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to enable core functionality, analyze traffic, and remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly as a result. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email delivery provider process certain data as our service providers.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, email or analytics providers), when required by law or competent authority, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. Where we engage third parties to handle personal data on our behalf, we exercise appropriate supervision as required under the APPI.
